I’m a retired commercial and residential general contractor. Plumbing contractors have been the most difficult an unreliable (and most expensive) subcontractors to deal with over the years. Our Hot water heater went out. I called several companies but they were not in La Pine and would take too long so I call Reds. They rearranged their schedule and came out this afternoon. Gabe did a great repair at a reasonable cost.
Reds has Great customer service, Great communication, and reasonable cost.

The most amazing experience! Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. From the moment Gabe arrived to our home he was great. He was on time, he put shoe covers on and he also laid a cover over the toilet before setting his tool bag on it. He showed us step by step what he was noticing or doing and was very thorough in explaining the what's and the why's. He was also very fair on price and that speaks volumes these days as we all know the cost of living is substantial. Gabe fixed our leaking shower faucet without any issues. We could not be more happy or thankful. We highly recommend Red's to anyone who is in need of a plumber. Thank you Red's for all that you do!

Reds Plumbing, is a new entry in the Plumbing arena in our area, Bend Oregon. They were referred to us by our home warranty company. From the very start, they were in touch with us almost immediately, and have been nothing but excellent communicators since we first heard from them. Gabe, our lead plumber has been super helpful and is also supremely knowledgeable about his trade.
And their office has been on top of all communications too, including bids for a couple of directions for water heater replacement, including a link for financing. We are happy to have the name of a company as well as first hand experience with the plumbing team, that we trust!

Both Nick and Gabe were friendly, professional and ENCOURAGING on this difficult kitchen drain job! What looked like it was going to be a run-of-the-mill snake out the drain and wrap it up job, turned out to be a real challenge. Red’s was recommended to us by our home warranty company when our water heater died. From start to finish they were amazing. Prompt, clear communication, clean, professional and were able to find a replacement water heater the same day. Their plumber, Nick, was amazing. Troubleshooted getting the old one out like a pro and tested the new one before leaving.
